- Dream Foundation - fulfills final wishes for terminally ill adults
- SKY Camp - bereavement camp for children who have recently lost a loved one
- Patient Special Needs Requests - limited aid for our patients and families experiencing a financial hardship
- Palliative Care Physician Fellowship Program - established in several major healthcare organizations throughout the country
- Clergy End-of-Life Education Program - designed to educate local clergy on how to better meet the spiritual needs of hospice patients and their families
