At VistaCare, our staff continually strives for excellence in all that we do. It's part of our culture and a promise that we make to our patients, families, referral sources, and each other. Serving patients at the end of life is what we do - and we challenge ourselves to provide the best possible care to each and every patient.

As part of that challenge, we have created an ongoing educational series called "Clinical Excellence...Did You Know?" written by members of the interdisciplinary team at various VistaCare locations. The intention of these articles is to identify hospice best practices, show the importance of our interdisciplinary approach to patient care, and encourage continued excellence at each of our locations.

And now, we are making the "Clinical Excellence...Did You Know?" series available to you. Our hope is that these articles will give you insight into end of life care, while also showing just a piece of what sets VistaCare apart.
