Thank you for visiting the VistaCare Web site. We are proud to be a member of the Athens community and the premier provider of quality hospice care to residents in Athens-Clarke, Banks, Barrow, Elbert, Franklin, Hart, Jackson, Madison, Morgan, Oconee, Oglethorpe, Stephens and Walton counties.

It is our honor to provide physical, emotional, social and spiritual support to patients and their loved ones along this journey. We offer a wide range of services and strive to provide care that meets the individual needs of each patient and family that we serve.

The VistaCare difference is our Comprehensive Care philosophy. This means we provide care to all eligible patients, regardless of the complexity of their needs. We do not require a Do Not Resuscitate (DNR) or that the patient give up remaining palliative treatments, including chemotherapy and radiation. This is how hospice should be.
