For more than 8 years, VistaCare has served our community by providing quality end-of-life care wherever a patient calls home. The VistaCare Center at Franciscan Woods is a 12-bed all private room unit where care and excellence come first. Daily visits by our Medical Director ensure patient comfort and symptom control. The VistaCare Center provides our patients a home-like atmosphere where patients can have their privacy and families can remain with their loved one throughout their stay at the VistaCare Center. Our staff is committed to provide excellent care for our patients and emotional support for families.
